Museum Hours:
The historic Dayton Museum is operated by the Historical Society of Dayton Valley. It is open Saturday from 10 am to 4 pm and Sunday from 1 pm to 4 pm. Admission is free. We are open by appointment only in December, January, and February, depending on weather.
In 2012 the museum will officially open on March 3rd and 4th with a weekend celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Historical Society.
In May, to celebrate Nevada Archaelogical Awareness and Historic Preservation month, the museum is open every day of the week. The museum is also open by appointment.
